Stanford DoM Team Science Goals

Complete administrative structure, communication plan and org charts by end of 2022
Multiple new PPGs over 2 years
2 new PPGs of >$100 million within 3-5 years
At least 2 new program areas per year
New training grants featuring Team Science, for example R38, T32, CIRM
At least one new pharma partner annually
Expand cores, clinical research capacity, digital platforms
